Yes. A site visit and survey is the first step of every project, because accurate measurements and conditions make the quote and the design reliable.

We work across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. For projects elsewhere, contact us and we will confirm.

Yes, from a single room or showroom to a full hotel. Tell us about the space and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Once the design is approved, we issue an itemised quotation. Any change you request later is priced and approved in writing before it is carried out.

Yes. We can build to your consultant's drawings, or design and build as one contract. Either way you keep one point of contact.

Yes. You can take the design package on its own, or continue with us into construction. Combining both usually gives the smoothest project.

Payment stages are agreed in the contract and linked to project milestones. We explain the schedule clearly before you sign.

Yes. You will see concept boards, layouts and 3D visuals, and you approve each stage in writing before construction begins.

The number of review rounds for each stage is stated in your proposal. We work to keep rounds few by agreeing the brief carefully at the start.

Yes. Share your guidelines or reference images and we will translate them into materials, lighting and layouts that fit the brand.

It depends on size and scope. After the brief and site visit we give a written programme with key dates, then report against it every week.

We prepare and coordinate the submissions for the interior works and keep you updated until they are approved.

Yes. We plan noisy and disruptive work around your operation and the building rules, including night or weekend shifts where needed.

During the project you receive regular reports with photos, progress against the programme, the cost position and any risks. You also have one named project lead.

Yes. Bespoke joinery and furniture are made to shop drawings that you approve before production starts.

Yes. F&B fit-outs include kitchen coordination and ventilation, lighting is designed with the interior, and landscape covers planting, hardscape, irrigation and outdoor lighting.

We plan the programme backwards from your opening date, coordinate kitchen suppliers and approvals, and support testing and training before you open.

Yes. We can upgrade lighting, controls and outdoor areas in an existing space without a full refit.

We walk the space with you, close the snag list, test the systems and train your team. You receive as-built drawings, manuals and warranty documents.

Warranty terms are set out in your contract and documented at handover. Defects that appear in the warranty period are put right.

Of course. You keep your project lead as a contact for aftercare, adjustments and future phases.
