The brief
The owner needed a full guest-room programme finished before a fixed opening date. Design, joinery, lighting and installation had to run as one job, not four.
One team, one programme
Because our designers, joiners and site team worked to a single programme, joinery shop drawings were approved while civil works were still under way. Lighting was specified with the interior, so fixtures and ceilings were coordinated before anything was cut.
Weekly reporting
The client received a report every week with photos, progress against the programme and the cost position. Changes were priced and approved in writing before they were built.
Handover
A joint snagging walk-through, testing of every system and training for the hotel team took place before the rooms opened.
